Our Aim is to Help Keep You Active

COVID-19 update

Thank you to all our Clients for your understanding of our closure during the COVID-19 Pandemic. We understand that this time has been difficult for you. We are pleased to inform you that we are reopening our Clinic from 16/06/2020. We are following the Guidelines set out by Public Health England (PHE), The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP), and The Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).

The Clinic is open for Virtual and Face to Face appointments.

We are taking all necessary steps to ensure the safety of our staff and clients.

  • We will be carrying out regular cleaning and sanitisation of the Clinic premises. This also encompasses the cleaning and Sanitisation of all Clinical surfaces between each patient.
  • As part of our duty of care and Safe Practise we are advising all our staff and patients to inform us if they have COVID-19-like symptoms as well as follow the UK Government’s Guidelines on Self-Isolation.
  • All staff and patients will have their temperature checked on arrival via a Forehead Infra-red Thermometer.
  • We are requesting that patients wait outside of our premises and will be invited in via telephone at the time of their appointment.
  • We are following PHE Guidelines regarding PPE. Clinicians will be wearing face masks, gloves, apron; visors when necessary.
  • We will make every effort to offer an appointment via virtual or Face to Face. We appreciate your understanding of our reduced appointment availability which is directly related to the Social Distancing and Infection Control (cleaning of surfaces and changing of PPE between patients) measures that are being implemented.
  • Please note that the Manual Therapy/contact less than 2 meters will be as far as possible limited to 15 minutes as per PHE Guidelines.

If you are a new Client, kindly contact us by telephone or email so that we can arrange a Consultation/Triage. We are currently not able to admit visitors/walk-in enquiries onto our premises.

We are offering a ‘Virtual first’ (via telephone, or video-call) approach wherever possible and Face to Face sessions may be offered following your Physiotherapist’s Assessment and on Clinical need. If your Physiotherapist deems it necessary for Face to Face Consultation/Follow-up treatments, this will be agreed between You (the Patient) and the Physiotherapist. You may be offered remote Follow-up sessions.

We would be grateful if you would arrive to your appointment wearing face covering.

Your safety and well-being is of paramount importance to us. In spite of these measures, please be reassured that we aim to provide a safe environment and high-quality Physiotherapy.
